We get a lot of forest fires in Central Oregon. In the fall of 2024, a persistent fire named the Lava Lake Fire burned not far from Mt Bachelor. In December, I visited the area during a snow storm which an image like this in mind, the blacked trees from the recent burn with the new fresh, white snow.
